Does outsourcing mean losing control over the entire project?

NeST takes over the responsibility of completing the project with a specified requirement set, budget and schedule defined in the contract. But that does not mean that the customer loses all control and visibility on the project.

There are key phases in a project where customer involvement is mandatory such as requirement finalization / changes, project planning, reviews of work products (optional), acceptance testing, and schedule.

To ensure visibility periodic status reports are sent and status / milestone meetings held. The customer is also free to audit the development process at NeST at any point of implementation to ensure that the contractual terms are followed.

NeST will also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), to protect your intellectual property and maintain confidential information. This is normally part of the project development contract.
